Salary: up to $110K plus incentives and a benefits package. (This is not a remote position.)
Responsibilities
- Overall leadership and management of bank performance, including direct responsibility for commercial lending and credit, as well as collaborative responsibility for retail and private banking
- Lead bank team to perform at a high level related to overall delivery of sales and service, expense and credit controls, community leadership, and meeting financial and compliance standards
- Oversee all banking activities and assist in establishing bank policies, strategies, objectives, and practices set forth by the CEO and Board of Directors
- Work with all levels within the organization and build strong working relationships
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field of study
- Five or more years of experience in a financial institution, with a minimum of three years of supervisory experience
- Superior customer service and proven sales skills
- Strong PC skills, with proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office suite
