transform how service is delivered through technology. With Jobber, they can quote, schedule,

invoice, and collect payments while delivering a professional, modern customer experience.

The Team

The Local GTM / Market Expansion team sits at the intersection of sales, marketing,

partnerships, and community. This team exists to bring Jobber to life locally, building real

relationships, market density, and long-term growth in the cities we serve.

Market Leads are the on-the-ground and strategic owners of Jobber’s presence and performance in their market . They work cross-functionally with Sales, SDRs, Marketing, Partnerships,

Customer Success, and Product, while operating with a high degree of autonomy and

accountability.

The Role

Reporting to the Head of GTM Growth, the Market Lead is the owner of Jobber’s local growth engine .

This is a field-first, relationship-driven, and strategy-led role focused on turning local

presence into measurable business outcomes: trials, customers, revenue, and long-term
