Leading cross-functional activities for new market entry, the full-time Remote Market Implementation Manager will coordinate implementation plans and ensure operational readiness for Medicare Advantage health plan expansions across the U.S. Key responsibilities Lead planning and execution of new market entry and service area expansion initiatives Develop comprehensive implementation plans and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure market readiness Monitor project progress, address barriers, and manage launch checklists and post-launch stabilization efforts Required qualifications 5+ years of experience managing technology implementations, operational projects, or vendor integrations Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, Project Management, or a related field Experience with Medicare Advantage market launches or service area expansions is highly preferred Strong project and program management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
