Responsibilities
- Oversee training and development in the market.
- Recruit and hire management, including bench management.
- Manage P&L and asset management, covering Sales, Labor, Food & Beverage, and OMC.
- Build a fun recognition culture that models the corporate mission and culture.
- Inspect restaurants weekly at minimum to ensure compliance with standards.
- Build strong teams in the restaurant and market to deliver the promise to every guest.
- Engage in clear, consistent communication with field leadership and restaurant staff daily.
- Demonstrate the highest level of integrity, respect for individual employees, and appreciation for their efforts and contributions.
- Develop and present personalized recognition to top performers in the market.
- Provide effective training and development, supply meaningful and timely performance feedback.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures (people, safety, assets, cash, etc.).
Ideal Candidate
- 3‑5 years of multi‑unit experience in the QSR field with 5 years of restaurant/retail management.
- Self‑motivated and hungry for success.
- Consistently demonstrated strong leadership skills and performance.
- Understanding of the power of recognition and engagement, able to create a culture of empowerment.
- Hold yourself and your team to the highest standards and maintain policies and procedures.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong supervisory and organizational skills.
- Ability to interact easily with diverse employees.
- Proficient in PC and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willing to travel occasionally; relocation is a plus but not mandatory.
