Responsibilities
- Oversee training and development in the market
- Recruit, hire, and manage staff, including bench management
- Manage P&L and assets – sales, labor, F&P, OMC, and other critical metrics
- Build a fun recognition culture that models the corporate mission and culture
- Inspect restaurants weekly to ensure compliance with standards
- Build strong teams at both the restaurant and market levels to deliver the promise to every guest
- Communicate clearly and consistently with field leadership and restaurant staff on a daily basis
- Demonstrate the highest level of integrity, respect for employees, and appreciation for their contributions; develop and present recognition to top performers in the market
- Provide meaningful and timely performance feedback through training and development
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures (people, safety, assets, cash, etc.)
Ideal Candidate
- 3–5 years of multi‑unit experience in the QSR field with 5 years of restaurant or retail management
- Self‑motivated and hungry for success
- Consistently demonstrated strong leadership skills and performance
- Understanding of the power of recognition and engagement; ability to create a culture of empowerment in their market
- Adheres to the highest standards and maintains company policies and procedures
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong supervisory and organizational skills
- Ability to interact easily with diverse employees
- Proficient with PC and MS Office Suite
- Ability to travel occasionally; relocation is a plus but not mandatory
