Market Development Specialist

To support its global expansion, the full-time Market Development Specialist will focus on growing business by engaging with Interior Designers in non-showroom markets through virtual interactions, leveraging sales strategies to build relationships and educate clients about products and services. Key responsibilities Lead the sales process, utilizing existing customer lists to establish rapport and schedule meetings Execute a structured warm and cold calling plan targeting over 400 accounts and conduct daily virtual presentations Collaborate with other departments to ensure a best-in-class client experience while managing sales pipeline through CRM Required qualifications 2+ years of sales experience in a consultative sales environment 3+ years of inside sales experience, preferably in interior design or home furnishings Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) preferred or equivalent experience Proven ability to work autonomously and manage multiple tasks effectively Strong interpersonal skills with experience in public speaking and presenting
