To support the growth of host entrepreneurs in designated territories, the full-time Market Associate will manage relationships, optimize listings, and enhance pricing strategies while working remotely from specific states in the U.S. Key responsibilities: Manage a portfolio of host accounts to ensure their retention, growth, and success on the platform Conduct one-on-one optimization conversations and provide strategic recommendations on pricing and listing quality Educate hosts on product updates and analyze performance data to identify trends and opportunities for increased bookings Required qualifications: 3+ years of experience in sales, account management, or partner support 2+ years of experience in the hospitality or travel industry (preferred) Proven track record in managing a book of business and driving engagement through proactive account management Strong time management and prioritization skills Familiarity with CRM tools, particularly Salesforce
