Market Access Training Director

To ensure successful launch and commercialization of COMP360 and future therapies, the full-time Associate Director, Market and Patient Access Training will design and execute a comprehensive training strategy for field teams, collaborating closely with various stakeholders to develop training content and programs. Key responsibilities Develop and execute Market Access and Patient Access Liaison Training strategy for pre-launch, launch, and post-launch phases Collaborate strategically with field-facing stakeholders to design and deliver training programs, including onboarding curricula and ongoing reinforcement plans Manage external vendors and training platforms while contributing to departmental priorities related to instructional design and training events Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Education, or related field 3-4+ years of experience in Market Access and/or Patient Liaison Training within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry Demonstrated experience in leading launch training for specialty or complex therapies Strong understanding of pharmaceutical commercial models, including sales, medical, and market access roles Experience with interventional or specialty psychiatry products is a significant plus
