Market Access Director

To support a growing practice, the full-time Market Access Director will develop and execute payer strategies to enhance patient access and reimbursement while working remotely. Key responsibilities Develop and implement national and regional commercial payer strategies to improve access and reimbursement Monitor and analyze payer medical policies, reimbursement methodologies, and coverage criteria to inform strategic decisions Translate payer policies into actionable guidance for field teams, ensuring alignment across cross-functional stakeholders Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Health Economics, Finance, Life Sciences, or a related field Seven (7)+ years of experience in market access, managed care, reimbursement, or payer contracting Strong understanding of commercial insurance, Medicare Advantage, and Medicaid managed care Proven experience in developing payer strategies that enhance patient access and reimbursement performance Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and communicate effectively with executive stakeholders
