DeboneKey Responsibilities:Clean bones so that maximum yield is obtainedMust be able to keep up with the line speed, which is approximately 12 bmpFollow all safety guidelines, which include wearing cut gloves and sleevesHave knowledge of GMP and SSOPKnowledge of department start, break, and end timesMaintain an absentee rate of 5% or lessJob may require performing other jobs or duties as the needs arise.
