Maquiladora Site Controller: Finance & Operations Leader

Gillman seeks a Site Controller to lead a growing accounting team across two factories, US and MX. You will manage day-to-day finance, drive financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls while supporting scale-up initiatives.

You will oversee ERP-based processes, cost accounting, and compliance with US GAAP, reporting to the Corporate Controller, and collaborating with site leadership to optimize working capital and financial performance.
