Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule onboarding, technical, refresher, and qualification training while minimizing operational disruption
- Administer Learning Management System including assignments, tracking, qualification status, and compliance reporting
- Maintain audit-ready training records in compliance with procedures and retention requirements
- Collaborate with supervisors and subject matter experts to develop and deliver effective training materials and assessments
- Provide leadership with reports on training completion, certification status, and compliance trends
Requirements
- Associate degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum two years training coordination or delivery experience in manufacturing environment
- Experience in medical device, pharmaceutical, or regulated industry highly desirable
- Strong facilitation, presentation, and written/verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Learning Management Systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and maintain detailed records
