Manufacturing Training Coordinator / Associate Maintenance PlannerThe Associate Maintenance Planner / Manufacturing Training Coordinator supports the execution of site-wide workforce capability development and TPM initiatives through coordination of training programs, competency development activities, and Education & Training (E&T) Pillar objectives. This role serves as an autonomous resource in planning, tracking, and administering training programs that develop employee skills, support operational excellence, and drive TPM pillar maturity. Experience managing training records, training matrices, or learning management systems. Strong organizational, planning, and project coordination skills. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data management, pivot tables), PowerPoint, SharePoint, and workflow tracking databases. Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities. Ability to travel up to 20% as needed to support regional or network initiatives.Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting TPM deployment and Education & Training Pillar activities. Knowledge of adult learning principles and competency management processes.
Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS). Lean, TPM, Six Sigma, or Operational Excellence experience.
