Manufacturing Test TechnicianMost technicians will begin on day shift with start times between 6:00 AM – 7:00 AM and may transition to swing shift based on business needs.Position OverviewWe are currently hiring Manufacturing Test Technicians to support a growing production team focused on advanced electronic and microwave technology. This role is ideal for candidates with hands-on electrical or electronic testing experience who enjoy troubleshooting, precision work, and working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.ResponsibilitiesTune, align, troubleshoot, and test microwave components, subsystems, and assembliesPerform preliminary testing, pulse focusing, and environmental testingAssemble and disassemble units for testing and repair processesOperate advanced test equipment including network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, multimeters, and power metersCollaborate with engineering teams on troubleshooting and new product releasesMaintain accurate testing documentation and daily production updatesEnsure production schedules and quality standards are consistently metQualificationsPrevious experience in electrical or electronic testing requiredFamiliarity with multimeters, oscilloscopes, power meters, and similar testing equipment requiredBasic understanding of electronics theory and Ohm’s Law requiredStrong attention to detail and communication skills requiredTechnical Associate degree, military electronics training, or equivalent experience requiredRF or microwave testing experience is highly preferredMust be a U.S. Citizen and eligible to obtain a D.O.D.
