You must be residing in Puerto Rico at the time of starting employment. Relocation is not offered.What You Will DoAssemble electronic components, subassemblies, and systems using drawings, schematics, and process documentationPerform functional and operational tests using standard electronic test equipmentConduct calibrations, alignments, and adjustments to meet established specificationsTroubleshoot to the component or subsystem level under general supervisionDocument results, defects, and data accurately; escalate trends or abnormalitiesSupport prototype or first-article builds under direction from higher-level technicians or engineeringMaintain equipment readiness and ensure calibration/compliance of tools usedParticipate in lean manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement activitiesSafely lift, maneuver, and position materials or assemblies per weight-handling protocols; use hoists, cranes, or lift-assist devices as requiredWork independently on moderately complex tasks; escalate unusual conditionsOther tasks based on business needsQualifications You Must HaveTypically requires HS diploma (or equivalent, e.g.
