Manufacturing Test TechnicianWe are seeking a detail-oriented Manufacturing Test Technician to validate, troubleshoot, and commission automated production and test equipment.

The role focuses on performing functional testing, diagnosing failures, executing machine builds, and supporting continuous improvement efforts to ensure consistent product quality and reliable manufacturing operations.Key ResponsibilitiesSet up, operate, and validate automated test stations and production machinery to verify product functionality and performance.Perform troubleshooting and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and electromechanical systems as a hands-on Service Technician.Lead machine builds and oversee assembly, integration, and handoff of new or upgraded equipment to production.Develop, execute, and document test procedures, test plans, and acceptance criteria; maintain accurate test records.Collaborate with design, production, and controls engineers to resolve issues, implement improvements, and support new product introductions.Calibrate and maintain test instruments, sensors, and tools; manage spare parts and tooling inventory for test equipment.Provide on-site and field support for equipment failures, root cause investigations, and corrective actions.Train operators and maintenance staff on test procedures, safe operation, and basic troubleshooting techniques.QualificationsProven experience as a Service Technician supporting manufacturing equipment and automated machinery.Demonstrated experience in leading machine builds, including assembly, integration, and commissioning of equipment.Strong hands-on skills with automated machinery, mechanical systems, and electromechanical troubleshooting.Technical diploma, associate degree, or equivalent experience in mechanical, electrical, mechatronics, or related field.Ability to read mechanical and electrical schematics; familiarity with safety practices and relevant regulatory requirements.Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and effective verbal and written communication.Comfortable working in a production environment and available for occasional off-shift or field service as needed.Nice to have: PLC experience (programming/troubleshooting) and ability to read 3D CAD drawings (e.g., SolidWorks, Inventor).For this position you must be currently authorized to work in the United States.
