Manufacturing Technician - Weekend Fri-Sun Shift

Specialized Recruiting Group is seeking a Manufacturing NDT Technician to fill multiple openings in Cincinnati, OH !

Shift:

Days - 7:00 A.M. - 7:00 P.M.

Nights - 7:00 P.M. - 7:00 A.M.$2 shift differential for night shift!

Responsibilities:

• Processing aerospace parts, including dipping, cleaning, and surface preparation.
• Conduct NDT inspectionsto evaluate part integrity and ensure compliance with specifications.
• Handle material movement and machine operation as needed to support production flow.
• Mix, monitor, and maintain chemical solutions, ensuring correct ratios, pH levels, and temperature controls.
• Accurately document processing parameters, inspection results, and part traceability in accordance with quality standards.
• Collaborate with technicians, engineers, and production staff to resolve issues, improve processes, and ensure efficient workflow.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is required.
• Previous experience in an aerospace production or repair environment is preferred.
• Previous experience with NDT Methods is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions and documentation standards.
• Ability to safely handle chemicals, follow environmental controls, and use PPE correctly.

Compensation: $24-$26 an hour
