Manufacturing Technician

Manufacturing TechnicianAssist in the hands-on manufacturing process by setting up, operating, monitoring of the process, and maintaining production equipment. Ensures products meet quality standards while maintaining safety and efficiency on the production floor. This role helps maintain efficient production operations and supports continuous improvement efforts from early prototyping through full-rate production.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate and monitor manufacturing equipment and production linesPerform equipment setup, calibration, and adjustmentsConduct routine equipment maintenance and cleaningRecord production data, logs, reports and maintain accurate documentationWork with engineers and supervisors to improve production processesMaintain a clean and organized work areaAssist with testing and quality control proceduresFollow safety procedures and company manufacturing policiesOperate in accordance with AS9100 and ISO9001Assemble/install mechanical, electromechanical, wiring harnesses, etc. in a fast-paced environmentMay involve shift work, overtime or weekend workAble to perform in a manufacturing, production or lab environmentPerform other duties as requiredRequired Skills and QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED (associate degree or technical certification preferred)Experience in manufacturing, production, or technical environmentsMechanical aptitude, basic troubleshooting skills and tool/equipment useAbility to read technical manuals, diagrams and engineering drawingsCapable of executing verbal and written instructionsBasic computer skills for production systems and documentationStrong attention to detail and problem-solving abilityAbility to work in a team environmentGood communication skillsKnowledge/experience with FOD Prevention, ESD Control, Material Handling and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)Must be U.S.Citizen.Preferred QualificationsKnowledge of manufacturing processes such as assembly, machining, or electronics productionFamiliarity with quality control systems and safety regulationsTechnical certification or associate degree in manufacturing, engineering technology or related fieldsPhysical RequirementsAbility to stand for extended periodsAbility to lift and move up to 50 lbsAbility to execute repetitive motions, bend, twist etc.Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with noise and machineryWe recognize innovation and agility grow through diverse collaboration.
