Manufacturing Technician - Second Shift (G-Project)

Manufacturing TechnicianThe Manufacturing Technician ensures the proper operation of assigned production processes. Utilizing knowledge gained through training and hands on experience, they operate production systems and, when necessary, manage production equipment. The technician is responsible for accurately recording results, downtime, and other events during their shift, and actively participates in teams developing corrective actions. The technician supports and maintains engineering systems and IT tools across various production phases. They also assist in implementing new data recording systems or modifying existing infrastructures.

As a member of the engineering team, the technician contributes to continuous improvement of production performance and full satisfaction of internal and external customers.Key responsibilities include ensuring proper manufacturing, handling, testing, failure analysis, and repair of products, striving for the highest quality standards. The technician coordinates production steps, testing, and repair activities with the production group leader or supervisor to meet production targets. They recognize the importance of internal and external customers and consistently work to deliver the best product and service. The technician maintains cleanliness and order in the workplace to ensure safety, including end-of-shift cleanup and proper maintenance of equipment. They perform daily maintenance on assigned equipment and monitor stock levels of spare parts and consumables.

The technician records relevant shift events and prepares required reports at the end of each shift. They maintain a positive, flexible, and cooperative attitude to support production goals and wear required protective clothing and safety equipment.Basic qualifications include minimum one year of experience in a similar role or CNT production, basic technical knowledge and aptitude for operating production equipment, thorough understanding of production processes, strong communication skills across all organizational levels, organizational skills, reliability, and ability to delegate, ability to prioritize and make decisions, willingness to work shifts and perform overtime, positive attitude and adaptability to temporary roles as needed, team-oriented and fit for shift work, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and flexibility and ability to support production environment needs.Preferred qualifications include a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering and experience with SAP (BOM management preferred).Education and experience required: high school diploma.Why join us: comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage.
