Manufacturing TechnicianThe Manufacturing Technician is responsible for performing technical duties in one of the functional areas: electronic, mechanical or systems. The Manufacturing Technician complete tests, measurements, operations and process controls.Position Overview The Manufacturing Technician will support manufacturing and assembly operations in a hands-on production environment.
The role focuses on mechanical and electrical assembly, troubleshooting, reading technical documentation, and supporting product builds. The team is specifically looking for someone with strong mechanical aptitude who can be developed over time into a long-term contributor.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform mechanical and electrical assembly tasks.Read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and mechanical assembly diagrams.Troubleshoot assembly and manufacturing issues.Work with production documentation including work instructions and assembly procedures.Support manufacturing operations in an assembly-focused environment.Maintain quality and safety standards.Communicate effectively through written communication and email.Experience & SkillsApproximately 2 to 5 years of relevant experience preferred.Looking for candidates who can grow within the organization rather than highly tenured professionals.Technical SkillsAbility to read and understand:Technical drawingsWiring diagramsMechanical assembly diagramsMechanical and electrical assembly skills.Basic troubleshooting skills.Strong mechanical aptitude.Comfortable working with hands and tools.Preferred BackgroundsThe manager indicated flexibility regarding industry experience.
