Some OT required.Pay Rate: $18/hr+ DOELocation: Rosenberg, TXExperience: 6+ monthsPosition SummaryWe are seeking detail-oriented Manufacturing Technicians to join our clients' production team. In this role, you will be responsible for the setup, operation, and precision monitoring of specialized cabling machinery.
You will transform technical blueprints into high-quality cable products, ensuring every inch of production meets our rigorous standards for durability and performance.Core ResponsibilitiesTechnical Setup: Read and interpret complex job orders and technical blueprints to determine machine configurations and material requirements.Precision Operation: Configure and calibrate production machinery to exact specifications; monitor machine performance throughout the production cycle to ensure optimal output.Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inspections and quality checks using precision measurement tools. Identify deviations and perform real-time machine adjustments to maintain total conformance.Maintenance & Safety: Maintain a clean, organized, and "Safety First" workstation.
