This is where you can do your best work!Position SummaryThe Manufacturing Technician supports the production of high-quality medical devices through the assembly, inspection, and processing of components, subassemblies, and finished goods. This role requires strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and adherence to regulated manufacturing standards.

Manufacturing Technicians work in a team-based environment and are expected to follow established quality systems, safety practices, and production requirements.This is an evergreen requisition used to support ongoing and anticipated manufacturing needs.Key ResponsibilitiesResponsible for the assembly and production of prepped component, subassemblies, and finished goods parts, while using a microscope and a variety of equipment. Grinder, rubber wheel, satin wheel, bead blaster, micro blaster, armor press, steamer, etc.Daily use of hand tools, power tools, fixtures, and manufacturing equipment as requiredPerform detailed work involving small or precision components, including microscope-based assembly as applicableFollow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), quality system procedures, and safety guidelinesVerify product quality through visual inspection and basic measurement techniquesAccurately complete production, quality, and traceability documentationMeet production targets and takt time requirementsMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentSupport cross-training and assist in other manufacturing areas as neededParticipate in continuous improvement and team-based problem solvingSupport overtime and flexible scheduling based on business needsRequired QualificationsMinimum 6 months of manufacturing, production, or hands-on assembly experienceStrong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity; ability to work with small, precision componentsExperience using a microscope and basic measuring equipment, such as calipers and comparator.Ability to follow written instructions and detailed proceduresBasic math and measurement skillsAbility to work effectively in a team environmentAbility to stand for extended periods and lift up to 35 lbs.Ability to read and write EnglishPreferred QualificationsExperience in medical device, regulated manufacturing, or cleanroom environmentsFamiliarity with GMP, ISO, or FDA-regulated environmentsWorking ConditionsManufacturing and production environmentExposure to repetitive tasks and fine motor activitiesUse of PPE as requiredWork Schedules1st Shift: Monday – Thursday, 4:30 am – 3:00 pm2nd Shift: Monday –Thursday, 3:00 pm – 1:30 amCompensation & BenefitsEstimated pay range $22-27/hour.
