Manufacturing Technician

Manufacturing TechnicianWe are seeking a skilled bilingual Manufacturing Technician to support production operations by running equipment, setting up jobs, and troubleshooting mechanical or process issues. This role ensures quality output and smooth production flow. This is a second shift position - 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM, however must be able to train on first shift - 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM.Key Responsibilities:Set up, operate, and monitor production equipmentTroubleshoot and resolve machine or processing issuesVerify parts meet specifications before handoffRead and follow production orders, blueprints, and documentationCollaborate with supervisors and team membersQualifications:High school diploma or GED (vocational training preferred)2–3 years of manufacturing experienceStrong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skillsExperience using hand tools (micrometers, wrenches, etc.)Ability to work independently and as part of a teamBilingual preferredPhysical & Work Environment:Ability to stand, lift up to 40 lbs, and work around machineryManufacturing environment with noise, moving parts, and safety procedures
