Manufacturing Technician - AssemblerThe Manufacturing Technician will be responsible for the building of various complex scientific instruments to support the production goals of a work cell. You will be part of an engaging team and collaborate with your colleagues to solve problems and drive continuous improvement.ResponsibilitiesBuild, test, and calibrate all levels of assemblies and install them in the final build of instruments that meet quality standards.Follow work instructions for mechanical, electrical, and optical assemblies, material handling, and inventory verification.Communicate effectively with team members and contribute to a positive team culture.Essential SkillsExperience in assembly and mechanical assembly.Proficiency with hand tools.1+ years in a manufacturing or production environment.High School Diploma required.Experience in inventory tracking, material handling, soldering, and quality control.Additional Skills & QualificationsElectronics assembly knowledge preferred but not required.Experience with pipette testing and fiber optic instruments.Ability to lift 50lbs occasionally, 25lbs frequently, and 10lbs constantly.Why Work Here?We offer comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans, as well as critical illness, accident, and hospital coverage.
