Midé is an employee focused company with industry leading benefits (including 401k with Company Match, Health & Dental Insurance, and Excellent Paid Leave) and a strong focus on employee safety, health, and work-life balance.Essential Duties and Responsibilities Includes the following, however other duties may be assigned:Manufacturing and Assembling of Products Inspection of incoming materialsElectronic assembly of products (soldering of some components)Mechanical assembly (bolting, layup, other simple tasks)Test and Calibration of electronic amplifiers and driversFinal electrical test and QCPackaging / ShippingOperation of equipment required to manufacture Midé products Includes: Soldering iron, scale, Electronic test and laboratory equipment. Must be familiar with use and operation of standard electronic test equipment such as digital meters, signal generators, oscilloscopes, etc.Familiar with use of mechanical inspection equipment such as calipers, micrometers and microscopesOrder Processing Receiving and Entering order information into accounting and tracking systemOrder Fulfillment Pulling products from inventory, packaging and shipping completed orders to customersEfficient personal time management, organization, and task prioritizationCommitment to maintain high standards of laboratory safety, order, and cleanliness.Education and/or ExperienceHigh School Diploma or equivalent1-10 years manufacturing technician experience requiredQualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
