Opportunities may vary in scope and duration, ranging from short term project support to longer-term engagements based on business needs.As a Manufacturing Technician Contractor, you will support the assembly, integration, and production of complex electromechanical and RF systems. You will execute established manufacturing processes, contribute to production throughput, and help ensure hardware is built to quality and configuration requirements.

This is an on-site contractor opportunity based at our headquarters in Menlo Park, CA.This posting is intended to build a pipeline of qualified Independent Contractors for future project needs. Contractors will be contacted as opportunities become available that match with their skills, availability, and project requirements.ResponsibilitiesAssemble electromechanical sub-assemblies per work instructions, drawings, and BOMsOperate hand tools, power tools, and basic production equipment safelyPerform in-process and final visual inspectionsIdentify defects, workmanship issues, or missing components and escalate appropriatelySupport production schedules by completing builds on time and communicating blockersRequired QualificationsMust be eligible to access export-controlled information and technology subject to U.S.

export control regulations, including ITAR and EAR5+ years of relevant experience in manufacturing or mechanical assemblyDemonstrated experience supporting production of complex electromechanical systemsAbility to work independently and meet production deadlinesPreferred QualificationsExperience with PLM systems such as Arena and ERP systems such as NetSuiteBackground in electronics manufacturing and mechanical assemblyHands-on experience supporting hardware bring-upAbility to thrive in a startup or rapidly evolving environmentSoldering and PCB rework experience preferred, but not required
