Manufacturing Technician IIISummary: The Manufacturing Technician III plays a critical role in supporting manufacturing operations by operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting equipment to ensure production efficiency and product quality. This position collaborates closely with engineering teams to improve processes, resolve technical issues, and maintain compliance with safety and quality standards.Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance.Devise, fabricate, install, test, and repair mechanical equipment and systems within the manufacturing environment.Assist engineering teams in developing technical solutions to improve equipment performance and production processes.Install, repair, and upgrade mechanical and electromechanical components.Fabricate and assemble new or modified mechanical components for machinery and equipment.Perform quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) tests and procedures.Interpret electrical and mechanical schematics to diagnose and resolve issues.Support continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization efforts.Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.Requirements:Associate or Bachelor's degree in Electronic Technology, Engineering Technology, Industrial Technology, or related fieldHigh School Diploma with vocational/technical certificationProficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPointBilingual: Spanish and EnglishExperience with SAP systemsBasic knowledge of: Vision Systems PLC (Programmable Logic Controllers)Strong ability to interpret electrical and mechanical schematicsTroubleshooting skills for electronic and mechanical components, equipment, and systemsPreferred Qualifications:Experience in a manufacturing or regulated environment (medical device preferred)Hands-on experience with equipment maintenance and process supportStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsAbility to work independently and in cross-functional teams
