Manufacturing Technician III/IV

Pay: $21.00-$28.00/hr

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 1st Shift

We are seeking a Manufacturing Technician III/IV to assemble, manufacture, and refurbish products, components, and sub-assemblies in a fast-paced production environment. This role supports quality, productivity, and on-time customer deliveries while following established work instructions and safety standards.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble products and sub-assemblies according to specifications and quality requirements.
• Use hand tools, torque drivers, wrenches, adhesives, and other assembly materials.
• Complete detailed assembly, labeling, inspection, and testing tasks.
• Meet daily production, quality, and delivery goals.
• Identify and report non-conforming parts or assemblies.
• Utilize ERP and production systems to track work orders and production activity.
• Assist with equipment setup, inventory control, and process improvements.
• Support new product introductions and cross-functional manufacturing initiatives.
• Work safely around power tools, moving equipment, and in confined spaces when required.
• Technician IV candidates may provide guidance and support across multiple product lines.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of manufacturing, assembly, or related experience preferred.
