You'll work closely with Engineering, Quality, and Operations to assemble, wire, solder, test, and troubleshoot complex electrical systems in a highly regulated environment. Working alongside a senior Electrical Manufacturing Technician currently onsite, this role offers real responsibility within a small, high-impact team.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform precision wiring, cable harnessing, crimping and fine soldering of electrical assembliesAssist with PCB assembly and electrical integration of control systemsConduct in-process electrical and functional testing using in-house test equipmentTroubleshoot assembly and electrical issues and support root cause investigationsSupport prototype builds, design verification, and validation activities alongside engineersSet up and maintain assembly and test equipment, including basic calibration and preventive maintenanceComplete accurate production documentation, including device history records (DHR) in compliance with GMP/FDA standardsMentor junior operators and maintain compliance within a cleanroom, regulated manufacturing environmentWhat You Bring4–7 years' experience in electrical assembly, wire harnessing, or electromechanical manufacturingStrong experience with wiring, cable harnessing, soldering small-gauge wires, and PCB workAbility to read and interpret schematics and detailed technical documentationExperience within regulated industries such as medical devices or aerospace preferredComfortable working independently with a quality-first mindsetStrong attention to detail and documentation disciplineWhat We OfferBiVACOR offers a competitive compensation package and comprehensive benefits, including:401(k) with company matchingMedical, dental, and vision insuranceHealth Savings Account (HSA) & Flexible Spending Account (FSA)Life insurance & Employee Assistance ProgramGenerous paid time offThe expected salary range for this position based in Huntington Beach California is $28.00 to $34.00 per hour.

Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
