Onsite Full Time General

Key Responsibilities
Support upstream and downstream processing of M. Hyo. antigen.
Perform equipment setup as directed by production schedules and team leads.
Prepare and sterilize equipment and media components.
Assist with fermentation and downstream processing of bacterial antigens.
Continue antigen batch processing required for final vaccine blending.
Clean, set up, and sterilize large-scale manufacturing equipment.
Perform steam sterilization and filter cleaning.
Prepare equipment for daily production activities.
Assist with equipment preparation and process setup.
Unbox single-use manufacturing materials.
Move materials using pallet jacks.
Maintain warehouse organization.
Prepare production materials.
Assist with inventory organization and general housekeeping.
Complete production documentation using Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Maintain accurate production records.
Ensure compliance with USDA regulations.
Follow all aseptic processing requirements to prevent contamination.
Assist other production activities when antigen processing is not required.
Support departmental cleaning and preparation activities.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Execute daily responsibilities with consistent attention to detail and minimal errors.

Required Qualifications
Education
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Bachelor's Degree in Biology or a related Science preferred.

Experience
1-3 years of relevant manufacturing experience.
Previous aseptic manufacturing experience is highly valuable.

Required Skills
Analytical and scientific troubleshooting skills.
Mechanical troubleshooting abilities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Good computer skills.

Understanding of aseptic processing.
