Manufacturing AssemblerWe are seeking a detail-oriented Manufacturing Technician to perform electro-mechanical assembly, disassembly, and rework of various electronic products and mechanical assemblies. This role involves working from complex wiring and assembly drawings, operation sheets, engineering specifications, and sketches.ResponsibilitiesPerform electro-mechanical assembly, disassembly, and rework.Test and repair electronic products and mechanical assemblies.Work from complex wiring and assembly drawings, operation sheets, engineering specifications, and sketches.Provide routine technical support to engineers and scientists on standard components, devices, materials, products, processes, and equipment.Test, modify, rework, repair, and build electronic, optical, or mechanical assemblies.Interpret and follow documents such as SOPs and safety rules.Meet production deadlines and maintain quality of finished products.Ensure compliance outcomes.Read, and potentially develop, wiring diagrams, layout drawings, and engineering specifications for system or equipment modifications or expansions.Essential SkillsStrong decision-making and leadership skills.Experience handling small delicate components using ESD practices.Soldering and wire bonding experience.Experience in the safe handling of chemicals.Proficiency in various computer applications, including Access and Excel.Experience with MRP systems.Good hand and eye coordination.Additional Skills & QualificationsMust be a U.S. Citizen.Ability to provide a copy of a high school diploma, which can be from a foreign country.Experience in production, assembly, cleanroom environments, soldering, reading blueprints, and using hand tools.Why Work Here?Join a dynamic and supportive team where your skills and contributions will be valued and developed. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
