Job PurposeSupports all aspects regarding Safety, Quality, Delivery, & Cost (SQDC) of the assigned production Value Stream(s).Job ResponsibilitiesPut safety first at all times, never compromise on safety for the obtainment of other objectives. Responsible for health and safety of themselves and coworkers.Perform manufacturing operations within a carbon fiber composite siteAccurately and efficiently set up equipment per engineering instructions.Execute daily start-up activities.Accurately complete/create documentation associated with production processes.Maintain a safe workspace/environmentSupervisory responsibility: NoQualifications / CharacteristicsHigh School diploma, GED or equivalent requiredAbility to read and interpret engineering instructions.Physical demands of the job include: stooping, crouching, walking, pulling, light lifting (up to 25 pounds), grasping, hearing, visual acuity, kneeling, reaching, pushing, talking, standing, fingering and climbingWorking ConditionsIndoor production environment, adequate lighting and comfortable temperatures. Occasional exposure to moderate noise and machinery with mechanical moving parts.
