Job TitleHand fabrication of composite parts, use your hands with precision on small items and in small spaces. You must have dexterity, and be quick and confident with your hands.ResponsibilitiesIndependent layup of 70% parts with knowledge in both SR and SF within their immediate cell.Achieve a minimum efficiency of 58%.Maintains a high level of quality while balancing the need for efficiency.Use WI, Solumina, and complete the layup portion of CSOs independently with minimal supervision.Attention to detail required. Ensures that all assigned work areas are kept clean, orderly, and always presentable.
