As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced, hands-on Manufacturing Technician to join our first shift team and help support our expanding operations.While we've proudly developed talent from within, we are currently looking to add a technician with prior technical and troubleshooting experience who can help strengthen our team and support our continued growth.If you enjoy diagnosing problems, working with your hands, and improving manufacturing processes in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment — this could be the perfect opportunity for you.What You'll Be DoingSet up, troubleshoot, and maintain plastic forming and manufacturing equipmentDiagnose equipment issues and implement solutions to keep production running efficientlySupport and refine manufacturing processes to improve quality and productivityCollaborate with engineering and production teams on equipment improvements and new buildsTrain and support operators on equipment use and best practicesMaintain documentation, fixture files, and process recordsRead and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and quality requirementsAssist with preventative maintenance and continuous improvement initiativesWhat We're Looking ForWe are seeking a technically experienced, hands-on problem solver who brings:3+ years of Manufacturing Technician or similar hands-on technical experience preferredStrong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skillsExperience diagnosing equipment issues in a production environmentAbility to work independently and prioritize tasks effectivelyStrong communication and collaboration skillsAttention to detail and commitment to qualityExperience That Would Make You Stand OutLow-voltage electrical diagnostics experienceManual machining experience (lathe, mill, surface grinder, etc.)Plastics or plastic forming equipment experiencePneumatic or mechanical system troubleshootingAbility to read blueprints, schematics, or wiring diagramsExperience supporting manufacturing equipment or automationWhat We OfferCompetitive starting pay — $27.00/hr and up based on experience4-day work week — Consistent schedule with guaranteed 40 hoursQuarterly bonus program — Everyone shares in our successGenerous PTO — 3 weeks per year8 paid holidays — No waiting periodFull benefits after 30 days, including:Medical (diabetic supplies covered at 100%)Dental (including orthodontics for kids and adults)VisionFSA401(k) with 4% company matchDisability and life insurance optionsTuition reimbursementDiscount on ChildcareReady to Take the Next Step?Join a company that's passionate about innovation, quality, and people.
