As a Technical Recruiter, you will serve as the specialized recruiting engine responsible for securing critical technical talent—including Food Safety Quality Assurance (FSQA), Industrial Maintenance, Automation, and Engineering professionals—essential to maintaining operational readiness and food safety compliance across our bakery network. This role requires you to be onsite in our Los Angeles office four days per week, giving you hands-on collaboration with the team and daily exposure to the pulse of the business.Compensation Salary Range: $71k-$84kCore Accountabilities (What You'll Be Doing)Lead full-cycle recruitment for technical roles across maintenance, engineering, automation, quality, and facilitiesDevelop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to build strong pipelines for hard-to-fill, high-impact technical positionsPartner closely with plant leadership, operations, and HR to align hiring plans and influence talent decisionsProvide market intelligence on talent availability, compensation trends, and competitive positioningDeliver an exceptional candidate experience through consistent communication and high-touch engagementManage multiple requisitions and priorities while ensuring timely hiring outcomes aligned to production needsLeverage data and recruiting metrics to drive decision-making and continuous process improvementMinimum Qualifications (What You Bring to the Table)Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)Minimum of three years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably supporting technical or industrial rolesProven experience recruiting for engineering, maintenance, automation, or FSQA-related rolesStrong stakeholder management and ability to influence hiring decisionsExcellent organizational and priority management skills in a fast-paced environmentDemonstrated ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneouslyProficiency in ATS systems and data-driven recruiting practicesPreferred Qualifications (Extra Ingredients for Success)Bilingual in SpanishExperience supporting manufacturing, food production, or bakery environmentsKnowledge of food safety or regulatory hiring requirementsStrong sourcing expertise using advanced search techniques and toolsExperience advising on compensation and offer negotiation strategiesCertification in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition (e.g., SHRM, AIRS, LinkedIn Recruiter Certification)Ready to grow your career with a company that values your work and your future?
