Position 1: Hydraulics Technician

Job Summary
The Hydraulics Technician is responsible for reading engineering drawings, schematics, and diagrams to install, connect, and test all hydraulic components that bring our aerial lift units to operational status. This role plays a key part in delivering high-quality, reliable equipment.
Key Responsibilities
Install hydraulic components (PTOs, pumps, valves, cylinders, reservoirs, filters, hoses, and fittings).
Fabricate/install mounting hardware and custom brackets.
Perform system start-up, pressure testing, and flow verification.
Troubleshoot, document, and resolve hydraulic issues.
Install related electrical components (12-volt valve wiring, 120/240-volt generator connections).
Maintain accurate documentation and a clean, safe work area.
Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in hydraulic system installation or equivalent technical training.
Ability to read hydraulic schematics, engineering drawings, and technical manuals.
Strong mechanical capability, troubleshooting skills, and experience with hand/power tools (electric/pneumatic).
Experience operating overhead cranes, jacks, and forklifts.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., climb ladders, and work around large truck chassis.

2: Electrical Technician
Job Summary
We are seeking an Electrical Technician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems and equipment on lift and utility trucks.
Key Responsibilities
Install, inspect, and troubleshoot electrical wiring, panels, motors, and control systems.
Perform routine maintenance and implement effective solutions for electrical faults using multimeters, oscilloscopes, and other testing devices.
Adhere to safety protocols and electrical codes (NEC).
Document all maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections accurately.
Collaborate with technical teams on complex projects and assist in training junior technicians.
Qualifications
Proven experience as an Electrical Technician in industrial or commercial settings.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, circuitry, and control panels.
Proficiency with testing tools (multimeters, clamp meters, circuit analyzers).
Ability to read technical diagrams, schematics, and blueprints.
Relevant certifications (e.g., Electrical License) preferred but not mandatory.
