This is a 2nd shift position. Our Production environment is fast-paced, with a collaborative atmosphere. We are looking for like-minded individuals to join our team today!Specific job responsibilities include:Follow HIPAA, ISO 13485, Joint Commission, and OSHA standardsFollow all Work Instructions, SOP's and safety requirementsComply with i Rhythm's Core Values, policy, procedures, and quality standards, and safety and environmental regulationsEnsure quality product produced that complies with all company policies and procedures.Communicates regularly with assemblers to inform, answer questions, provide direction and plan activities to meet production/quality requirements.Communicates between all assemblers, shifts and other departments to implement best practices, resolve problems and sustain consistent performance to meet daily objectives.Possess the desire and ability to continually learn, grow, and reinvest their own learning into the training.Successfully train other assemblers in their particular role and responsibilities.Assist in creating a cohesive team environment through enthusiastic leadership, empowerment, counseling, coaching and mentoring.Provide ongoing information to supervisor regarding team member performance/quality and participate in performance discussions.Assists in creating a culture of continuous improvement helping drive the company to become a learning organization.Promote a clean, organized and safe work area.Responsible for executing effective production (proactive and reactive) plans/activities in order to meet daily production schedule along their designated area long the Value StreamResponsible for providing Job Instruction Training and coaching to team members.Ensures all line personal are training and certified on their assigned functions (including updating of Training forms.Perform daily documentation of Work orders, line clearing forms, scrap reports and daily hour summary.Maintain balanced, pull-based production lines with a 1X1 workflowEnsure quality product flows through the linesProvide all necessary support to ensure timely resolution for line stoppagesContinuous Improvement Responsibilities include:Conducting Line WalksMaintaining the Daily Teams Monthly count reportImplement the development plan for assemblers to reach their maximum potentialComplete all necessary paperwork as required ensuring compliance with GDP guidelinesEnsure compliance with all safety and quality policies and cGMP requirements.Ensure assemblers have the necessary tools and materials to perform their workSoft Skills:Teamwork - work together to achieve great quality result for our patients and customerDependability and reliability - strive to attain result on time; convey a sense of urgency and drive issues to closureCommunication - successfully provide feedback and collaborate across functional teamCulture - Embrace company core values and competenciesInitiative - going above and beyond to get the job doneAccountability - recognize the issue, taking ownership, proactively seeking solution, and stay committed and overcome challengesTime Management - ability to prioritize and utilize resource effectivelyFlexibility - adapting and managing the unexpectedGoal Oriented - setting clear achievable expectationProactively seeking solution - Gather and analyze information systematically; Develop alternative solution; Think analytically and decisivelyExperience:Minimum 3 years of production process experiences or related experience - in a medical device, manufacturing or ISO registeredComputer proficiency requiredData entry experience preferredLeadership skills / scheduling planningMicrosoft Excel / OfficePhysical DemandsSitting, standing, or walking for prolonged periods.Lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling and/or transferring equipment and materials of up to 20 lbs; considerable reaching, stooping, bending, kneeling, and crouching.High level of repetitive motion at moderate to fast pace of upper torso, hands, arms and wrists; whole body posture required to move materials and finished good productsWhat's in it for you:This is a regular full-time position with competitive compensation package, excellent benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurances (all of which start on your first day), health savings account employer contributions (when enrolled in high deductible medical plan), cafeteria plan pre-taxed benefits (FSA, dependent care FSA, commute reimbursement accounts), travel reimbursement for medical care, noncontributory basic life insurance & short/ long term disability.
