Job Summary
Seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Saw Operator to join our manufacturing team. The Saw Operator is responsible for safely operating industrial saws to cut aluminum and other materials according to production specifications while maintaining quality and productivity standards.
Responsibilities
* Operate band saws, cold saws, and other cutting equipment safely and efficiently.
* Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and measuring instruments.
* Measure, mark, and cut materials to precise specifications.
* Inspect finished pieces to ensure quality standards are met.
* Load and unload raw materials.
* Maintain a clean and organized work area.
* Perform routine equipment checks and basic maintenance.
* Follow all company safety procedures and manufacturing guidelines.
* Assist with material movement and production support as needed.
Qualifications
* Previous manufacturing or saw operation experience preferred.
* Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math calculations.
* Experience using measuring tools such as calipers and rulers.
* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
* Dependable attendance and positive work ethic.
