Hiring: Manufacturing Quality Engineer
Location: Fairfield, Ohio 45014
Pay Rate: $50 - 57.35/hour on W2 without Benefits
Shift: 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM (2nd shift)
Duration: 6+ Months Contract with possibilities on extension

We are looking for a Manufacturing Quality Engineer to support manufacturing operations, investigate quality issues, drive corrective actions, and improve product quality and production performance.
Key Skills & Responsibilities:
- Root Cause Analysis (RCA), 8D, 5 Why, and Fishbone Analysis
- Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA)
- Manufacturing Quality and Production Support
- PFMEA, Process Control Plans, and Quality Audits
- Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement
- Defect Reduction, Scrap and Rework Prevention
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant manufacturing, quality, industrial engineering, or production support experience.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

- Must be available to work the 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM shift in Fairfield, OH.
