Pay Rate: $57.33/Hour on W2

Job Overview:

• We are looking for a Manufacturing Quality Engineer with 1–5 years of experience in manufacturing, quality, or a related field.
• The candidate will be responsible for resolving quality issues, improving manufacturing processes, and ensuring product quality through problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Investigate quality issues using 8D, 5 Why, Fishbone Analysis, and Root Cause Analysis.
• Implement containment, corrective, and preventive actions.
• Support production teams in improving product quality and process performance.
• Conduct process audits and maintain quality documentation and control plans.
• Reduce defects, scrap, and rework through Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Operations, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, and Customer Quality teams.
• Support new product introductions and process changes.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Manufacturing Quality, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Production Support.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work on the manufacturing floor and collaborate across teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of 8D, 5 Why, Fishbone Analysis, and PFMEA.
• Exposure to Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies. xhqgsiq
