Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Quality Engineering, preferably within a high-volume manufacturing environment
- Direct experience managing quality deliverables for existing product lines and implementing post-launch changes.
- Proven track record of leading qualification activities for new components, materials, or design modifications
- Demonstrated proficiency with standard quality methodologies and tools (e.g., FMEA, 8D, Root Cause Analysis, Statistical Process Controls, Control Plans, Design of Experiments)
- Working knowledge of mechanical quality and reliability concepts, supplier management, and general manufacturing operations
- Experience with the utilization of measurement systems
- Experience with any of the following: mechanical enclosures, textiles, leather, castings, plastic parts, injection molding, tooling, jigs, fixtures, (e.g. Automotive, Consumer Electronics, Medical Devices, Etc)
- Hands‑on experience developing and executing test plans, analyzing test data, and writing comprehensive technical reports
