Entry Level/Junior Level Manufacturing/Industrial Engineer
This is an entry level/junior level position for Manufacturing/Industrial Engineers. This would be a solid fit for someone looking to gain experience in many different areas within a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct support to Operations and Facilities projects.
- Projects will be split between Engineering, Facilities and Operations.
- Lead and participate in numerous projects across the organization.
- Support of production and technical issues related to the production of engineered products.
- Creation of standard operating procedures (SOP) capturing production processes while implementing safety, ergonomic, and production rate improvements.
Requirements:
- Ability to become familiar with manufacturing processes.
- Interested in working in a fast paced, production environment and able to work on multiple projects with changing priorities.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- Work equally well alone or in a cross functional team with other Engineers, Safety, Quality Control, Purchasing, etc.
- Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline (Manufacturing, Industrial, Mechanical) Desired.
