Manufacturing Production Supervisor (1st Shift)

Production SupervisorAt Viwinco, we design and manufacture high-performance windows and doors in-house, combining cutting-edge technology with hands-on craftsmanship. As a growing organization rooted in innovation and continuous improvement, we take pride in delivering quality products—and building a strong, dedicated team to make that possible.We are seeking a Production Supervisor in our Vinyl shop to lead and coordinate a team in our manufacturing facility. This individual will be responsible for planning and assigning work, maintaining safe and efficient operations, and driving continuous improvement efforts to meet production goals.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who can motivate teams, resolve issues, and maintain a high standard of quality and productivity.Key Responsibilities:Plan, organize, and direct team activities to meet daily and weekly production schedulesEnsure a safe working environment by enforcing safety policies and promoting good housekeepingIdentify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product qualityTrain, develop, and motivate team members to maximize performance and engagementEnforce company policies and address performance concerns, including administering disciplinary actions as neededMonitor attendance and manage time-off requests to ensure adequate coverageFacilitate effective material flow to meet production demandsLead daily team meetings to communicate expectations, schedules, and goalsProvide regular feedback on team performance and collaborate on solutions to meet or exceed targetsMaintain accurate documentation and reports related to production and personnelProactively address production issues and bottlenecks to maintain workflowPerform additional duties as assigned by managementQualifications:Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in a fast-paced, assembly line production environmentDemonstrated ability to train and develop employees effectivelyExperience with Lean Manufacturing principlesStrong problem-solving and analytical thinking skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Self-motivated with a proactive mindset and strong sense of urgencyLeads by example with professionalism and integrityBilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not requiredWhy Viwinco?Opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a growing companySupportive team environmentCompetitive pay and benefitsCommitment to employee development and career growthEOE *Recruiters do not contact.Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
