Milliken and Company’s Magnolia Plant in Blacksburg, SC is seeking a Process Improvement Engineer to lead continuous improvement efforts. You will drive manufacturing process enhancements that improve quality, consistency, and cost, reporting to the Process Improvement Manager.
Typical hours are 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday–Friday, with potential variations for plant operations and weekend rotations. Bachelor’s in engineering and strong Excel skills are required.
