ELECTROMECHANICAL/AEROSPACE/MEDICAL DEVICE MANUFACTURING Manufacturer of mechanical and electromechanical components needs someone to develop and improve manufacturing processes, support new product introductions, process validation, yield improvement, scrap reduction, and execute process development from prototype through production. Looking for someone with structured problem solving skills to eliminate root causes and implement improvements with strong documentation skills
Bachelor's in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related field preferred
5+ years experience in manufacturing process improvements in aerospace, electromechanical assembly, medical device or related industries
Six Sigma/Lean manufacturing, SPC, DOE experience
Working knowledge of AS9100 and ISO 9001 requirements and their integration into manufacturing processes
Six Sigma Green Belt, Lean Manufacturing, or equivalent certification strongly preferred
Manufacturing Process Engineering in morristown at Unknown Company
