Manufacturing/Process EngineerWe are seeking a hands-on Manufacturing/Process Engineer to develop, improve, and support manufacturing processes for precision components. This position will focus on process development, new product introduction, production efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement.Responsibilities:Develop, document, and optimize manufacturing processesSupport new product launches from planning through productionDesign tooling and fixtures using SolidWorks or similar softwareImprove throughput, quality, safety, and manufacturing costsTroubleshoot process and equipment issuesLead Lean and continuous-improvement initiativesCollaborate with quality, production, engineering, and customersQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or related Engineering3+ years of manufacturing or process engineering experienceExperience with process development, troubleshooting, and continuous improvementProficiency with SolidWorks or comparable 3D modeling softwareExperience with surface treatment processes—such as shot peening, blasting, coating, or finishing—is highly preferredAerospace, medical, NADCAP, or AS9100 experience is a plusMust be eligible to work with ITAR-controlled information
