Adecco Permanent Recruitment is working with a manufacturing company located just outside of Sikeston, MO, to recruit and hire a full-time Manufacturing Process Engineer.
The Process Engineer will support manufacturing operations by improving production processes, efficiency, quality, and capacity.
Responsibilities include:
- Monitor production processes and analyze performance data
- Identify and resolve process issues and product deviations
- Drive improvements in productivity, waste reduction, and process efficiency
- Conduct time studies and capacity analyses
- Develop and update work instructions, process documentation, and specifications
- Create production metrics and dashboards
- Partner with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams on process improvements
- Support implementation of process changes and employee training
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Production, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of engineering experience, preferably in manufacturing
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. Client is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.
