Job PostingAvailable Shifts:1st Shift: 5:00 am-1:00 pm Monday through Friday with occasional Saturdays during peak season.2nd Shift: 1:00 pm-11:00 pm Monday through Thursday with occasional Fridays & Saturdays during peak season.What We Offer:Starting pay of $20 per hour, plus $1.63/hour shift differential for 2nd shift.Opportunity to earn $22-$25 per hour after completing 720 hours workedA consistent work schedule with no rotating shifts, plus overtime opportunitiesSundays and holidays offA comprehensive benefits package after completing the probationary periodYou May Be A Great Fit For Our Team If You:Have a high school diploma or equivalentCan work up to 12-hour shifts, including occasional SaturdaysPrevious manufacturing experience is preferred but not requiredBring a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and develop new skillsRequirements For All Positions:Demonstrate a strong commitment to safety and quality standardsTroubleshoot mechanical equipment and system issuesPerform machine setups and changeovers for a variety of productsRead, understand, and plan work based on production ordersParticipate in cross-training and continuously develop skills to operate multiple machines throughout the plantFollow direction from management, supervisors, and lead operatorsPerform a variety of production tasks, including regularly lifting up to 50 lbs. and occasionally lifting up to 75 lbs.Maintain strong attention to detail and be comfortable operating computerized equipmentCommunicate effectively and collaborate with a diverse teamSafely operate stand-up or sit-down lift equipment at heights of up to 25 feet, as needed.Ability to operate a computer and use Microsoft Office related software.Other duties as assignedWorking Conditions:The employee may experience variable working conditions in the work environment.
