About the Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Plant Manager to lead all aspects of manufacturing operations at a growing production facility. This individual will be responsible for driving operational excellence across production, maintenance, quality, safety, compliance, inventory management, and workforce development. Lead all daily plant operations, including production, maintenance, quality, and safety Develop and execute manufacturing strategies to meet performance, quality, and customer objectives Manage plant budgets, capital projects, and operational performance metrics Lead workforce planning, employee development, and succession planning efforts Ensure compliance with OSHA, environmental, and company safety standards Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve production and operational challenges Oversee inventory control, production scheduling, and resource planning Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, Construction Management, or a related field
5+ years of plant, production, or manufacturing leadership experience
Experience leading cross-functional manufacturing teams
Strong understanding of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement principles
Experience managing budgets, KPIs, and operational performance metrics
Experience in building products, construction materials, industrial manufacturing, or related industries
Lean, Six Sigma, or operational excellence training Spanish language skills Capital project and facility expansion experience Lead a highly visible manufacturing operation Direct influence on plant performance and business results
