Movement Search & Delivery is working with company that is a global supplier of advanced technology components to the automotive, aerospace, and medical markets to identify and evaluate a Plant Manager. Participate as lead staff member responsible for operation and performance of entire operation -Lead multi-disciplined plant team in meeting monthly forecasts and appropriate business metric -Develop strategic manufacturing direction and planning for 1-3 year planning horizon -Direct preparation of operational budgets and coordinates capital plans, appropriation requests, and project follow up -Accountable for leading manufacturing, environment, health & safety, engineering, quality, human resources, and finance to achieve business objectives -Manage the day-to-day activities of the manufacturing process -Analyze and implement process flow, inventory and velocity improvements
